About Me

With over 20 years of experience in international banking and consulting, I worked with global clients, led teams, and navigated high-pressure environments shaped by complexity, transformation, and constant change.

These experiences gave me deep insight into both the visible and invisible pressures leaders carry: responsibility, pace, decision-making demands, and the internal pressure that often accompanies high performance.

Over time, I became increasingly interested not only in what leaders do, but in how they relate to themselves while leading. I saw how inner pressure, limiting patterns, and constant mental noise can quietly shape leadership, relationships, and decision-making.

Today, as an ICF PCC-certified Executive and Leadership Coach, I support leaders in navigating complexity with greater clarity, groundedness, and sustainable impact.

My work combines corporate understanding with transformational coaching, helping leaders strengthen how they relate to themselves, their leadership, and the systems around them. Rather than pushing leaders to become someone else, coaching creates space to lead more intentionally and in alignment with who they already are.
